USL wafer holder with handle type 1A

We have developed a holder for wafers, disks, and substrates that was not needed until now.

The holding part that comes into contact with the wafer is made of fluoropolymer PTFE, which has excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance, and poses no risk of scratching the substrate. The USL wafer holder comes in various types for wafers, mask wafers, discs, round substrates, and square substrates, with sizes ranging from small to large.

[Development Case] Circuit Board Holder

A case in which the customer was very satisfied with a product that had minimal warping and no issues with dimensions.

We would like to introduce a case study of the development of a "circuit board holder" at a major corporation. We received a request from a customer to manufacture a component that guides and holds circuit board units, as well as to improve noise generated from the electrical properties of a metal frame. In response, we considered the resinification of the metal frame and proposed three structural design patterns: "integrated type," "PP hinge type," and "split type." We communicated the advantages and disadvantages of each option to present choices to the customer. [Case Overview] ■ Request Details - Desire to reduce costs ■ Solution - Proposed a resin with electrical properties and strength, which reduced the price to about 1/5 of the original cost. - Before mold construction, we also provided prototypes using a 3D printer and displayed flow analysis results. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
